Invoice Date Booked Security

Security settings for the invoice Date Booked area are available to lock the Date Booked fields or open the fields to edit the Date Booked as desired. Security selections can be made to grant access.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Invoice.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Date Booked:

• Modify: Displays the Calendar icon to enable the modification of the Date Booked. If Modify is not selected, the Date Booked will be an automated entry of whichever date is later the Transaction Date or the Effective Date. The Modify right controls both the single invoice Date Booked field as well as the master invoice, Down Payment Date Booked and 1st Installment Date Booked on the invoice header.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
